Jim Delaney is nothing if not accomplished. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison with a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations and a concentration in S.E. Asian studies, Jim set his sights on the private sector. As an entrepreneur, Jim started a U.S. based business that grew into several locations in Europe and the U.S. over a 14 years time span. Jim has proven real estate experience in the United Kingdom, Ireland and U.S. markets.
Jim has not only exceeded all expectations in the International market, he has done quite well here, at home, in Wisconsin. Jim has been the exclusive Northeast Wisconsin agent for several U.S. companies including the 14th largest privately held U.S. Company. Jim has also represented national retailers for Northeast Wisconsin real estate purchases and leases.
